RENKON is a leading construction company founded in 2017, with extensive expertise in delivering comprehensive design and build services. We specialize in all aspects of construction, from residential renovations to commercial builds, serving both homeowners and property developers.

In addition to our core construction services, we provide design & build services for both residential and commercial spaces. We work closely with our partners, who offer professional expertise and design services, including concept planning, budgeting, and execution of all phases of construction. Our in-house carpentry factory allows for the customization of cabinets and fittings, and our subsidiary, Kusi Design, provides a curated line of furniture to complete your space.

Management Team

With more than 10 years of experience in construction and build; we offer a professional and friendly service, from the process of tendering through to contract completion. Dedicated. Efficient. Full of heart. Three key traits that ensures our team builds your dreams.

Graduated in architectural technology and a former Sales & Project manager of a local furniture company, he has more that 5 years in furniture and interior design for residential and commercial sectors.

His role is to manage all aspects of the design and project management.

Alif Ahmad (MSTA, CFTe)

Director/Head of Finance

Graduated from a flying academy in 2011, he then joined Electro Technic Sdn Bhd (a construction company) as an assistant project manager.

His role is to manage and supervise all projects and operations.

Fong Choy Fah

Director / Operation

With 30 years of experience in all facets of the construction industry, design completion and construction projects’ safety SOP; he is also an expert in design & build of homes.

His role is to manage all aspects of design/project management and company’s finances.

Chong Kein Long

Director

Started his career as a carpenter and had 2 years of carpentry experience in Singapore. Equipped with the knowledge of high-end finish carpentry, he is a valuable asset for Renkon.

His role is to design and manage all carpentry work.

Gary Wong

Associate Director / Interior Design

Graduated with Diploma in Interior Design, Taylors University. Our lead designer has 6 years of experience in the design industry.

He is our Project Design supervisor which encompasses monitoring the progress of each project, preparation of design documentations and technical drawings.

Ahmad Adrie

Project Manager

A graduate of Curtin University, his blend of education and hands-on experience empowers him to drive seamless workflows and foster collaboration.
